Use SnapTicApp for public content you have a right to save. The service is provided as it is, with no guarantee that any particular video can be fetched. Copyright in what you download stays with its creator, and what you do with the file is your responsibility.
What the service promises
That it will attempt to fetch the public post you point it at, and hand back the file without advertising, sign-up, or waiting. That is the whole promise.
It does not promise availability, that any specific video can be retrieved, or that the service will exist indefinitely. It is offered as it is, without warranty.
Copyright — the part that matters
Downloading does not transfer any rights. The creator still owns their video, their images, and their audio, and the music in a post is often licensed to someone else again.
Saving a public post to watch privately is ordinary use in most places. Re-uploading it, publishing it, or using it commercially is not, and doing so is your decision and your liability, not ours.
If you are the rights holder of something that was downloaded through this service and you object, the file is not hosted here — it came from TikTok and went to the person who asked for it. We hold no copy to remove.
Acceptable use
- Do not use the service to obtain content from private accounts.
- Do not automate requests or attempt to route around the rate limit.
- Do not use it to harass, impersonate, or build a profile of a person.
- Do not present downloaded material as your own work.

These terms may change as the service does. Material changes will be reflected on this page rather than announced elsewhere, and continued use after a change means you accept it.

Is downloading a TikTok legal?
Saving a public video for personal viewing is generally accepted. Re-publishing or monetising someone else's work is a copyright matter and your responsibility.
Can I use downloaded videos in my own uploads?
Only with the rights holder's permission. The download itself grants you nothing.
Do you host the videos?
No. Files pass through to you and are not stored on our side.
What if my video was downloaded and I object?
We hold no copy to take down. The content lives on TikTok, and any complaint belongs there or with the person who re-used it.
