Paste a public TikTok video link and the box lists its comments with username, likes and date. Load more pages as you need them, then download everything you have loaded as a CSV file. Replies are counted but not fetched, and comments on private videos cannot be read.

What the CSV contains
One row per comment: username, display name, likes, number of replies, date, and the comment text. The file is UTF-8 with a byte-order mark, so Excel shows emoji and non-Latin scripts correctly.
Why some comments are missing
TikTok hides comments that were filtered by the creator, removed for breaking its rules, or posted by restricted accounts. Those never reach any tool.

Does it work on private videos?
No. Only comments on public videos can be read.
Are replies included?
Each comment shows how many replies it has. The replies themselves are not fetched.
Will the creator see that I exported comments?
No. SnapTicApp does not use your TikTok account.
How many comments can I load?
As many pages as TikTok returns. Each page holds up to fifty comments.
